Easter Event Winners

Hundreds of people gathered for the Midsomer Norton Easter Event at the Town Park today.

Local residents and visitors from far and wide enjoyed a variety of attractions in fabulous weather. The Orchard Brass Band entertained an audience sat round the amphitheater before the Mayor, Lynda Robertson, awarded prizes for the best Easter Bonnet. Earlier, children were delighted with Rocky’s magic show and the many prize Easter Eggs handed out.

Special thanks to Welton Baptist Church for decorating the discs, Midsomer Norton and Paulton Tesco for donating £20 towards the Easter eggs, and all volunteers for their help on the day, especially Dom from Somer Valley FM for being compere.
